The class focuses on the cusine of Naples and of the Campania region. The cuisine of Naples has a variety of dishes for any food lover. The stars that make up these dishes are the San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, basil, and lemons.  Learn how to use common, easy-to-find ingredients to create your own 3-course masterpiece!
Chef Instructor Angelo Guida, a native of Naples, who previously worked at award-winning restaurants Gusto in Rome and Bocca di Lupo in London, will teach the class. Chef Guida co-teaches a Food and Culture course in Siena for University of Massachusetts Boston.
