Laila Wadia, Pamela Timms, and Samar Halarnkar join chair Antoine Lewis in a discussion on writing about food in fiction. Laila Wadia is an Indian writer and translator who has lived in Italy for over 25 years. In Italy she published: Mondo pentola (Iannone 2007), Amiche per la pelle (E/O 2009), Come diventare italiani in 24 ore (Barbera 2010). Her fiction deals with multi-cultural themes and women’s issues.
