The India Theatre Forum organises a 10-day residential workshop for its SMART programme (Strategic Management in the Art of Theatre) in Bangalore. During this workshop, participants will be guided through the various steps involved in the creation of a Strategic Plan for their theatre group/organisation, which will help realise their vision and dreams.
Alessandra Gariboldi will give a number of lectures at SMART - Strategic Management in the Art of Theatre, offering an overview of the public involvement strategies with a particular focus on projects ADESTE (Audience Developer: Skills and Training in Europe ) and BeSpectACTive .
Alessandra Gariboldi is a researcher at the Fitzcarraldo Foundation in Turin, where she also collaborates with Osservatorio Culturale del Piemonte. Her main interest is the investigations on the public of museums, particularly through the use of a qualitative approach, as well as the evaluation of cultural projects. Specializing in museum education and communication of heritage, she also works with a number of different cultural institutions as a consultant for the evaluation of the activities aimed at the public, especially with regard to non-public and new audiences.
