3rd Edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World
On the occasion of the Italian Cuisine week in the World, Italian Embassy Cultural Centre in collaboration with Bombay Gymkhana are organising a panel discussion in Mumbai on the health benefits of the Mediterranean Diet in association with Ms Stefania Scapicchio, representative of Accademia Italiana della Cucina in India and Dr. Ruby Sound, Secretary, Indian Dietetic Association, Mumbai Chapter at Bombay Gymkhana.
III Week of Italian Cuisine in the World
The week of Italian cuisine in the world is the anniversary of Italian cuisine. The activities of the Week are integrated with the Plan for the extraordinary promotion of Made in Italy, with the aim of strengthening the distribution network of the authentic Italian agro-food industry and promoting the knowledge of Italian food and wine production and of the territories from which they come, with particular attention to public protection systems.
