The Italian Cultural Institute in Mumbai, in collaboration with the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), presents a jazz concert by the Aperitivo Italiano trio featuring singer Ida Altrove.
Aperitivo Italiano offers a captivating musical journey through Italian pop from the 1960s to today. Featuring Alessandro Vuono (piano), Marco Rossin (sax), and Francesco Clemente (violin), the trio blends virtuosity with elegance, performing globally as interpreters of Italian traditions. Joining them as a vocalist, Ida Altrove adds a new expressive dimension to the performance. Their repertoire reimagines classics by artists like Andrea Bocelli, Domenico Modugno, and Lucio Dalla with a refined jazz twist. Designed as a “musical tasting,” the concert unites generations through iconic melodies, creating a rich, immersive experience celebrating the timeless beauty and passion of Italy.
